 Ingredients -


Bitter Gourd - 6 medium size

Mustard  Paste- 25 gm

Chopped Onion - 1

Chopped Paneer - 50 gm

Achar masala / Aamchur

pepper powder 

salt

Oil

Butter/Ghee

Lemon


Method -

Bitter-gourd-kalauji


1- Make a long cut in bitter gourd.

2- Take out all the inside material (Seeds and all) and mix it with mustard paste,onion,paneer, Achar masal/Aamchur,pepper powder and salt.

3- stuffed mixture into all 6 bitter gourds and tie with a thin thread so that stuffing couldn't come out while frying.

4- Fry them on a low flame in low oil by rolling sides untill it's cooked and surface becomes little crispy. 

5- Put it in a plate and pour some butter or ghee on its surface.

6- Add little lemon juice to make it more tasty.


Now you can eat it with rotis and parathas. You can also have it with Daal and Rice.
